Who's behind HagiosIT
Founder-led, accountable by design
HagiosIT is built and led by the two of us, from opposite ends of the corridor. Alexander works out of Palm Coast and Christopher out of Orlando, which is how we cover Northeast and Central Florida on-site. Everyone we bring on is held to that same standard: you get people who know your environment and own your problem end to end, with no starting over every time you call.
Alexander Flores

Alexander holds degrees in Interactive Technology and Game Development, a background that trained him to think about how people actually use systems, not just how systems are built. His favorite part of the job is the ticket everyone else has given up on: the stubborn, "we've tried everything" problem that finally gets solved.
Christopher Jones
Co-founder · Orlando
Christopher holds a degree in IT and brings hands-on MSP experience to HagiosIT, along with years supporting nonprofit organizations, where budgets are tight and every system has to earn its keep. Clients get someone who's seen the full range of real-world IT and knows how to make it work.
Why "HagiosIT"? Hagios is the Greek word for "set apart." That's the standard we hold our work to: IT service that's a cut above the break-fix shops, built on doing things properly the first time.
